WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO GOOD QUALITY SERVICE?!? I ordered a hot pastrami and corn beef w/Swiss on a hoagie roll with extra mustard and what I received was a burnt meat and cheese sandwich, the hoagie roll was even burnt. If I had time I would have taken it back and had you do it over again. How can you think that it's OK to service food like that? Doesn't ANYONE take PRIDE in what they cook and serve to customers any more? I Love Fort McDowell for the bingo and the slot machines but I will not be eating at the NEW YORK DELI OR SILVER PLATTER until you can train your staff to take pride in what they are serving. The Big Question is: DOESN'T ANYONE TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY ARE SERVING WHETHER IT BE FOOD OR JUST GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT?!? PRICES GO UP AND GREAT STANDARDS AND GREAT QUALITY GO OUT THE DOOR!!! With the new and improve Casino you are going to be building think about how your patrons would like to be treated and served because if it weren't for us there wouldn't be a Fort McDowell Casino Very disappointed!
