I booked this hotel/casino online for a one night stay. A few things to mention are that we were totally lost trying to find our room, we rode on an elevator that wasn't even in the correct place for about ten minutes only to find out we needed to take different elevators. We went to the buffet dinner which was very nice, good food, good service but the wait in line was ridiculous. Many people were annoyed and left. Next, I played in the casino at the roulette table for over an hour only to be told that I wasn't entitled to the t-shirt. No one knows the right information because I received a different story from each person I spoke to.
The room was clean but not very big or elaborate. I asked if we could have an upgrade and I was told no. Those are only for the big gamblers until further notice.
I think this casino has the makings to be really great but the only helpful people on the staff are the housekeeping people, as they were the ones who actually showed us how to get around and where things were located. We were given a map on the way out the day of check out.
I'm trying to decide whether or not to give Hard Rock another try at a later date.
