I give it a 1 1/2, the front desk clerk called our room asking to speak with my wife, at 12:45 in the MORNING, MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, to say she found a refrigerator but it will be an extra $20 per night. WE NEVER ASKED FOR A DAMN REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!! Who the hell does that, waking someone up like that? After hanging up with her, It took me a few minutes to realize we hadn't asked for that item, so I called back and she said I have the room number right here, then looked at it and saw we didn't ask for anything. She really wasn't apologetic in any way and that bugs me. It took us over 2 1/2 hours to get back to sleep, robbing us of what was supposed to be a great getaway. Then there's the issue of the cleanliness of the room. The shower had a big wad of hair in it. I needed an outlet to plug into because the one by the night stand
so loose all plugs fell out of it. So I pulled back the mattress a little to access that socket and there was so much dust and trash, it freaked me out. Next to the bed was a gum wrapper that had clearly been there for some time. There's more, but let's just say that we wouldn't stay here again.
