Previously a great value for the price, this year the expected necessities and amenities, as well as acceptable customer service, were sadly lacking. We booked an "Executive Room", which we received, but it was on the sixth floor of the hotel, which had no functional WiFi. Our shower was mostly unusable safely since much of the time it had either no water or only scalding hot water. When we called the desk to be moved to an acceptable room, it took two days and repeated calls before we were moved down a floor, to the room directly below, where everything worked correctly. Until the Wi-Fi problem is remedied I wouldn't accept a sixth floor room.
