Nice place, fun atmosphere
This was our second choice. We stopped ay Spirit Mountain (closer to home and couldn’t stomach the smoke.
Was pleasantly surprised at Chinook Winds. Still smoky but they have clearly spent more on ventilation. I’m not use to smoke in public places anymore, so it’s still a bit surprising, but this place was tolerable.
A fun crowd, busy but getting a machine was an issue. They seemed to have everything from the classic to the newest. The table games were busy too, but no trouble getting a seat.
I hate it when you drop $20 in 5 minutes. Chinook Winds seemed to let me play for along time, up and down. It made the place seem fun, I’ll be back. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I’d suggest eating elsewhere - nobody here has any formal hospitality training (at least it seemed that way). Not the restaurant staff or the kitchen staff.
