Steak House

Tournament Poker in Wendover has gone extremely downhill since they moved the room to Peppermill. They seem to only care about live players anymore. I've driven out there on multiple occasions, (on the weekend no-less) gotten there 40 minutes before their 8:30 tournament starts, and then been put on an alternate list with only ~40 people registered. Clearly they are catering to the live poker players and don't seem to care that we'd driven out 2 hours. We were not given a seat in the tournament so that they can keep as many live tables going a possible. This even happened at the last "Customer Appreciation" tournament with a $350 buy-in, that I had taken a day off work to attend. I didn't get a seat despite being there right after registration opened. So I turned around and drove all the way back to SLC. Not at all what I would call "Customer Appreciation". This event should be renamed to: "Live/Raked Player Appreciation"... :(
