I'm a Starbucks fan, and came to this location to grab my free birthday drink while on vacation - I purchased a second drink and two food items as well. At the checkout I was charged for my birthday drink, and when I pointed this out I was informed that "You'll just have to come back later today." I was on a tight schedule and would not have another opportunity to return - I am disappointed that the gentleman couldn't be bothered to correct my transaction, he just moved on to the next customer. (Especially since the birthday drink promotion expires right away.)
