I went to Sage with high expectations and was sadly disappointed. The food was honestly just alright. The short rib was basically all fat, and the sauce that was used for this was overpowering. The sauce flavor seemed to be the chefs favorite because it appeared in the appetizer as well which was not a great pairing for the dish. We also set reservations in advance and ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes to be seated. A little slow on the service but the restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing and super hip atmosphere. if you don't care much about the actual taste of your food this is the place for you.
