I’ve just called twice to speak to a manager and no one has called me back My name is Carla I have left my phone number on the voice mail Twice in the last half hour Me and two coworkers have just left there. I have been bragging on the bongo cake for over a year I finally bought 2 coworkers to the restaurant and we got our orders to go after gambling and we all we home to enjoy the bonzo cake. The brownie is hard and not fresh The cake wasn’t even layered t was some mess just thrown in the box I wish we hadn’t just grabbed our bags and left. There is no way we would have paid for what that server packed up for us!!! It was not supposed to look like that!! It was not supposed to taste like that!! Shame Shame SHAME!! We drove all the way from Ofallon Illinois! I want my money back for 3 Bonzo cakes!!! Calll me!! My name is Carla My phone number is on the answering machine ! Today is Thursday 9/6/18 We were there about 8-8:30 pm We each bought only a Bonzo cake 3 orders We want our money back!!!
