Absolutely disgusted with with the immaturity and and service provided by the so called security/bouncer/doormen.
This used to be the place to visit a few years back and people come from different cities in order to have a good time by visiting the venue.
Organization of this place is close to an all time low. Being on a so called "guest list" means absolutely nothing. My wife and I booked guest list 2 weeks before we visited and we were there just before 11am and still had to pay $20 each for cover when we didn't get in until well after midnight. We waited patiently in line while the bouncers were trying to get us to bypass the line at a hefty cost. Don't offer guest list service if it really doesn't exist.
There is absolutely no room for racist remarks. They weren't directed at myself nor my wife however these 'punks' are under the impression that they are invincible. Wait until real life hits home. I found the staff here were just arrogant and making uncalled remarks, for absolutely no reason.
Yes- this is supposed to be 'the place' to be at for birthday parties, bachelor parties etc, however a new fad needs to be started as the staff in grnerag here do in fact kill the vibe.
