My friends and I ate here after our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. I had fried chicken with gravy, hashbrowns and fruit. My friends had southern fried steak and my husband had pancakes. My friend had eggs and they didn't come out the way she wanted. The waiter kind of argued her about that's what she asked for. If a customer doesn't like something, fix it period. Don't argue with them. Everything else was fine. I don't care if you worked at this restaurant for 13 years, as this gentleman shared with us, keep the customer happy and don't argue about their food that they're paying for.
