Not quite a 4-star hotel. Parking is behind the hotel - dusty and dirty. If you want to park your car in front (where only 15-20 cars can be parked), you have to pay additionally. The outside swimming pool is across one of the main roads in Bansko - you have to cross it dressed in a bath towel. The hotel is located far from the ski zone and the center. There is no way to enter with a baby carriage or a wheelchair, simply because there is no ramp, only stairs. The meal is fine, though. Some of the personnel are gipsies. Customers are mostly "wannabe" rich Bulgarian families with bad styling and manner - in contrast with the luxurious environment. During the active ski season might be slightly different, but I doubt it.
