So excited for relaxing spa treatments as part of girls weekend but highly disappointed in the customer service. From the time of arrival to leaving the spa for the evening we felt that we were an inconvenience. Check in was very disorganized and was not a smooth process. We were a party of 6 receiving a package of services. Treatments were cut short, not our fault as mentioned above check in was disorganized and we were charged full price for services not rendered. The locker room attendant was rude and unfriendly. She wrote our numbers on a tissue and expected us to know where the amenities were located. While waiting for pedicures in the waiting room the two attendants at front desk were frustrated about their day, voicing complaints and using foul language which is highly unprofessional. If you want to do that it should be done behind closed doors and not in front of customers who are paying good money for these services. The girl who did my pedicure was unfriendly and gave me the feeling she didn’t want to be there and we were an inconvenience. Check out was also an issue as they did not even know what services each of us had. The whole experience was far from relaxing and when I go to a spa I want to feel pampered and Norwich Spa left me with the question why one would spend their money for this awful disorganization and poor customer service. Highly disappointed and would never recommend.
