The Florence, AL (Cox Creek) location is ALWAYS out of tea. As I type this, they are currently out of my top 4 favorite teas. A week ago, I ordered a peach tranquility tea online and left work on my break to pick it up. I get all the way to the store for them to tell me that they are out of peach tranquility. Today I ordered a tea with honey. Again, I left work on my break, went to the store to pick it up and they are out of honey. The manager wasn't apologetic at all. I told the cashier that every time I place an order online, there is a problem when I come to pick it up. He just handed me my drink.
