First time rewards sign up for the promotion I was given wrong information so I ended up spending money I didn't have. Slot tech customer service is horrible

It’s ok. I’ve been stopping in here for years now. It is way out of the way of Vegas so it doesn’t get the traffic.
It’s more of a truck stop with a Casino motel. I’ve never stayed in the rooms. The place is old.. hasn’t really been changed much except the fuel area when Flying J took over that part. That was a long and well needed upgrade over the old place.
Plenty of truck parking most days before 6-7 pm.
Casino is a bit tight on the slots.. IHOP is understaffed and McDonald’s is gone as of the fall of 2018
Stayed overnight at Whiskey Pete's for a festival nearby. Price wise it's cheaper than most hotels but you pay for what you get. Our room cards repeatedly demagnetized and had to continually go the front desk to get new ones. The casino has a very strong cigarette oror. The rooms are newly rennovated but it still feels a bit under par compared to hotels in Vegas. If you're in the Primm valley, you can't go wrong with the price at whiskey Pete's but you can head to Vegas in about 1 hour and have better hotel, entertainment, and dining options.
The woman's bathroom off of the pool at buffalo Bill's was left with fecies every where in a stall the other locked from inside. I let guest services know. 6 hours later it was still the same way. When I let them know again...he fumbled his words looking for an excuse. And try getting another drink while playing GOOD LUCK THEY WORK AT A SNAILS PACE! Unless it's to take your money! There were no wash cloths and the maid had none. You get 1 large 1 small and bath mat for a 4 person room. Ask for more and they said no go to front desk. Beds were fine floors dirty and spots and dirt in the shower. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
