Revisited your casino for my birthday from 04/05 to 04/07. Your new casino is beautiful. I love the way the machines are arranged, so much more room to sit down and move around. I was also impressed with the housekeeping efforts. The staff really kept up with the messes we humans leave wherever we go, the cups the ashes snd just general trash, very unobtrusive and always polite and smiling. I did notice one thing that I found annoying. I sat down to play the White Lion game and the rebet or respin button did not function properly. You had to hit it 5 or 6 times to get 1 spin. And you could not hit your bet amount button either. I finally got frustrated and moved over to the next machine, same game. Had pretty much the same problem. I did press the service button but no one came after waiting 15 minutes. So I gave up. Another game I played for some time, tried to retrieve my ticket, could not locate the cash out button anywhere. Felt like an idiot, finally pressed the service button, waited at least 15 minutes, finally snagged a gentleman wearing a jacket and tie, with a badge. He looked and looked, finally realized the light was burned out, on my machine and the other 2 machines, same game. So the button was black and just blended in with the console. I know these are minor things but they do need to be addressed. Husband and I dines in the bar, had the Haibut and chips, absolutely delicious, wonderful waitress. Long story short, your Casino is lovely. Wonderful job on your DO-OVER.
