Only one star because I can't give zero. Everything looks nice at first but it's not so clean. I hope that was ketchup on the bed frame. This is the first time I have ever opted to sleep on top of the bed. I used a large scarf I had for a blanket. The A/C barely blew out even after maintenance "fixed" it. I know we arrived late but the food on the buffet was disgusting. The pool area was not kept up there were dirty towels everywhere and nowhere to sit. I had a single room and you would think all the rooms in that area would be singles but there was a toddler and his older sister next to me - he screamed non-stop for 2.5 hours and his poor sister could not get control. Really, Harrah's, families need to be in their own block of the hotel. BUT WHO BRINGS A TODDLER TO A CASINO??? The front desk doesn't have enough people at peak times and no one seems to be in a hurry. I've had better experiences at a LaQuinta...this was definitely not a "resort" experience. Don't stay unless you are a high roller.
