I'm a diamond member and their check in put me a floor below construction that started next morning at 7am. The following night (last night) I requested a wake up call for 6:10am and back up at 6:15am.. neither came. I woke up at 8:02am, same time my plane boards. Made it to airport in time for the gate personnel to tell me they can't open gate.. 13 minutes go by and I get to watch my plane taxi to the runway. My next flight will be in two hours. I fly every other week and this hotel was the worst service I have ever seen. Another prime example was when we were trying to leave the hotel in a hurry, employees were deciding to walk in the same outside door we already were walking out of, effectively blocking us and they didn't move. Would you see this at a restaurant? Horribly managed hotel and personnel.
