I stayed one night in the Octavius tower. I was happy with the entire staff, Musse D. checked us in and was more than helpful and gracious! He clearly enjoys his job and was nice enough to provide some guidance to me on my first trip to Vegas. The room was wonderful, had floor to ceiling windows, big comfortable beds and a massive bathtub with jets and a separate shower. Be careful of the snacks on the desk, they ARE on a weighted platform, but if you are a bit obsessive and accidentally straighten them up without thinking, it appears that you have to remove the item for more that a second or 2 for it to charge you, I had no extra charges I had to dispute. Over all a wonderful stay in a cozy bed for a reasonable price right in the middle of the strip.
