So I arrive at 8:55 am for my haircut with Scott, at about ten after some gut shows up bitching that Scott quit and he is now stuck working weekends after working over 50 hours the past week.
I tend to agree with the cutter but Why do I need to hear it?
When the hair cut is complete the cutter just walks away to the back and someone else does the money part of the transaction. Where's the personal touch?
The cut was good however the background noise was not. It seems to me the management of this place needs to get more involved.
One star for the management, I hope my next visit is done in a more professional manner. Cutter good but the customer should not be exposed to internal problems and his complaints about management, not good for business.
