Paris Las Vegas
Mid-Strip location with selected room views of the Bellagio Fountains, Cosmopolitan, and Paris pool. We stayed in a Classic room with a pool view. The Classic rooms are a little dated without the recent renovations of the red and burgundy rooms, Our room had a room safe, small refrigerator, but no coffee maker. Coffee makers are only available in red rooms and suites.
We arrived around 1:30pm and checked-in with a pleasant receptionist. Since the hotel was at 99% occupancy we could only upgrade to a pool view on the 11th floor. Room was clean and adequate but showing its age. Bathroom was functional with one sink, separate shower and bathtub,
Casino itself is functional with a mixture of old classic slots and modern themed machines. Casino has all the traditional table games ranging from $5 for Let It Ride to $100 in the high limit room for blackjack and baccarat. Dealers were friendly and knowledgeable. Drink service was adequate for both slot and table play.
We limited our eating experiences at Paris to morning breakfast, coffee, and desserts at Cafe Belle Madeleine. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about(except maybe the prices of everything on the strip!).
Paris is a moderately priced, mid-strip hotel with adequate gaming and food options. Try to request a remodeled burgundy room with a strip or fountain view. The overall ambiance is lively and refined with a slightly older crowd than Planet Hollywood. If you are looking for a mid-tier, center strip hotel the Paris would be a fine choice.
