Tub and sink not draining at all, had to call maintenance to clear both drains, light bulb missing in desk lamp, had to call the front desk for a new bulb. Our room key card had to be replaced twice, both times we were coming back from the pool and had to walk through the casino in our bathing suits to get new keys, the second time the front desk made us wait for security to accompany us to our room so they could see our IDs since we did not take them to the pool with us......the security guard told us not to keep the room key card near our cell phones but the front desk never mentioned this to us, not at check in, and not when we had our room key cards replaced twice......not very happy with this. On the plus side we like this hotel, the pool is fantastic, the rooms are nice, the location is good. Housekeeping needs to do a better job checking the rooms before letting new guests check in.
