Worst casino Hotel experience ever half of the casino amenities are not available the pool is closed the buffet is closed the coffee shop is closed the grand arcade is closed nothing was informed to us when we made our reservation other than the pool is closed. They haven't even updated their card packets the best they can do is a black Sharpie for the amount of money they make guest room literature should be the last thing you use a Sharpie on very tacky
the hotel room is dated and filthy never done deep cleaning in months I can look past the dated furnishings but the cleanliness definitely needs attention you can be dated and worn but clean.
I wouldn't sleep here again if you paid me when we bring it to the attention of the guest service associate they had zero concern.
for the amount times we've come here I truly feel this place is gone downhill Richard the floor boss was not interested whatsoever add him to the long list of why we won't be back. Doing your research before you come make sure everything is open and available for guest use
