They have a problem with their hot water. After a day in death valley at 130 degrees I expected to be able to come back to our hotel and take a nice shower. Much to my displeasure there was no hot water in either our sink or shower. We called down to the front desk and they said they would send someone up. An hour later and no one had come to assist us. So we called back down and finally got someone up to our room. All the matience man said was keep the water running and it should heat up and that it could take up to 30 minutes. He was very rude and short with us. Offering no real solution he was on his merry way. The water never did end up heating up all the way only to being slightly lukewarm then straight back to ice cold. If you're going to run a hotel that holds a lot of people UPGRADE YOUR WATER HEATER TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF YOUR GUESTS! It's just common sense.
