Well this Ramada does not live up to what I've associated with the Ramada franchise this was more like Motel 6, you would think the television would have been updated from the old curved to the new flat screen. "Just one person in a room per night should cover that cost. Also this was definitely not Wyndam standards at all this is the Dollar store version of your product. The front desk staff were exceptionally customer service oriented but they can only do so much. The cleaning staff also provided exceptional service. The air conditioner in our room rattled so bad and didn't really cool the room down to a comfortable level. We were wondering if it had a major issue. I have read other posts and agree that the provided internet is lousy. I kept going back to my 3-G service. We will think twice before staying in a Ramada again.
