Our experience is that of total disillusionment with both the cruise that never happened because of Sandy and the way they respond to customer "begging"... NO refund and no conscience. We planned this trip to Bahamas for 4 years, saved for 2 years to have enough to fly here from Australia and realize a dream. No such luck and Royal Caribbean puts profit before customer satisfaction. NO refund! They also charged us $63 for a call from the ship at port using our phone card! Plus 2 "welcome" drinks at $17! Cabin was tiny anyway and not befitting the title of "Stateroom with Ocean View" thru a porthole
