Me and my husband stayed here booked a suite for our wedding. Our bridal party also booked rooms here. The staff made a comment to my bridesmaid for not upgrading to a suite to her coworker. I guess they get bonuses for getting upgrades.
I was requesting a late check out which they charge your fee no matter what. I expressed I got food poisoning and I booked the suite for multiple nights and asked for the fee to be waived the employee on the phone responded “I’m sorry you feel that way” what the f!? I felt like I was talking to cable company customer service not a so called “resort”
The valet was also rude to my sister who was driving an older suburban they didn’t believe that she was staying at the resort. She was just trying to drop off our champagne and breakfast for our bridal party suite. They kept trying to direct her to self park instead of helping her.
Booking a resort for such an important event you expect the resort staff to be more than helpful and kind. During these events and stay the staff did not show any empathy or professionalism. I think they really need to review the management, the management is allowing employees to be so rude to guests.
