The restaurant was closed for some time but re-opened March 30, 2018 with a "Grand Opening" reception party for invited guests and press to sample their food offerings. They serve everything from hamburgers to steaks with expensive wines and champagne available as well. Ee-To-Leet-Ke means "The Camp" in the Seminole language although the modern decor here certainly doesn't have much resemblance to a Seminole Camp other than a few paintings on the wall of notable Seminoles. Fairly pricey offerings so don't be surprised to let go of lots of bucks eating here after having a less than profitable gambling night at the Casino.
