On arriving I was told that I was a "security risk" because a different member of our party had booked the room even though I was handing them my credit card and my ID and explained that the others in our party were 10 minutes behind us and we had travelled a long distance with a 3 year old. I didn't appreciate being referred to as a security risk. Staff was obviously poorly trained. Not a great place for families as the hotel lack some amenities.
Clean, difficult roads to navigate around Tampa Bay with several exit and lane changes needed at high speed. Close to the airport. Good windows , quiet rooms. Went to Armani's, to check the menu while still in travelling gear (shorts, t-shirt). Wasn't greeted by staff - they ignored me and greeted the guy behind me. Pretentious for hotel staff probably earning under $30 an hr.
