I spent so much time trying to pick the perfect hotel for my boyfriend and I because we were going to Tampa for our anniversary. We stayed in a room with just one king bed on the bay side, the picture attached is a view from our room- it was beautiful. We also purchased the “romance” package and were given a bottle of champagne upon arrival, and had complimentary breakfasts delivered to our room. Food was delicious! (Also included valet parking but we didn’t use it) the late checkout was also nice, as we didn’t feel rushed in the morning.
The hotel has a boardwalk through trees and water that leads to a gazebo on the bay which was amazing. The boardwalk also leads to a restaurant and a second pool. The main pool has a lot of different seating areas, including a swing by a pond.
The staff was all beyond helpful & pleasant.
I will mention though, we did feel slightly out of place as I didn’t see another “casual” couple the entire weekend. Everyone seemed to be there for events or business and we were definitely the only people strolling through the lobby in our sweatpants at 11pm on our way outside to the pool. (This is not a complaint- simply an observation)
Overall- an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.
