I stayed here over night on business last week and would never do so again. I booked my reservation through a third party, which the hotel ignored and somehow overwrote, charging my credit card again for the full amount of the room. When I called they realized their error immediately. I received a call later that night from the Revenue Manager that it had all been sorted out and the charge refunded. Two full business days later, there is not even a pending reversal of the charge, and trying to call this hotel is a nightmare - the phone will ring 40+ times and then simply disconnect you. I'm disgusted by the level of service and disregard for customers and would never recommend this place to anyone. I will be filing a chargeback dispute against this merchant with my credit card company.
