Wonderful place. Large clean room with cpuch, refrigerator and microwave. Very polite staff. Convenient location to the casinos. Hot breakfast! Will stay here again.

Clean and safe location. Full breakfast included. Will stay again. Con......Be careful of room rate, quoted one price while driving in and it changed in 2 hrs later. Hotel honored the price but it shouldn't be a practice.

Great staff and comfortable amenities. Had a small maintenance issue that I felt should have been addressed more promptly but the quality of the staff pretty well made up for the inconvenience. Overall great lodging choice.

Nice décor. The room was very clean. All of the staff greeted me and was friendly. Breakfast was great. There was a variety of things to choose from. Overall it is a very nice hotel.

Restaurant @ Harrah's Casino Tunica

Nice place needs a Little updating, was here for 4 days. Breakfast is served promptly at 6am until9a they had fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, eggs, sausage, bacon. I used the self serve laundry room, so I didn't have to take dirty clothes home. The staff was very helpful, accommodating, and respectful. I love going down south to visit, I enjoy the Southern hospitality.

We have stayed at this particular hotel on numerous occasions. It's not the Ritz, but we aren't trying to stay at the Ritz. However, this experience was like no other. The toilet was dirty. The heating unit malfunctioned all night long. The smoke detector was chirping, and the clerk told us to unplug it instead of providing a battery or a maintenance call. It continued to chirp even after unplugging it. Upon checkout, my husband tried to express concerns to the clerk - who didn't even make eye contact. She cut him off mid conversation. I went back to turn in the keys, told them the stay was not very good, and again the clerk made no eye contact, didn't bother to ask about the issues that needed to be addressed prior to the next guest occupying the room. She did give us a credit on the rate, but it still wasn't worth it. This was our last stay at this hotel.

This was the first time I had chosen to stay at a Best Western. I was pretty amazed at how well everything looked and was handled. My room was accidentally reserved as a smoking instead of nonsmoking, the guy that checked us in said that he had an alternate room he could put us in, but was not an accessible room. We said ok and took it. The room was still pretty accessible. The wheelchair fit in the door to not only the room, but the bathroom door. Thanks to a grab bar in the bathtub my husband was able to take a shower. They kept an eye out and as soon as a nonsmoking accessible room became available they let us know and we were able to move into it no issue. The breakfast offerings were pretty good it not only had the usual continental breakfast offerings but also had scrambled eggs, patty and link sausage and waffles. Will definitely make it a hotel I will try to stay at in future trips.

The hotel wss nice. It's in a quiet area. Only complaints are I had a spider in my bed, and breakfast wasn't a large selection like other Best Westerns or any near by hotel. But for the rate it's what to be expected. Staff members were nice. Would recommend staying here. There are fast food restaurants 10 min away
