We have Johnny rockets in Utah and what they are charging for food at the Johnny Rockets at Caesar’s Palace (Las Vegas) is a rip-off! Our server was great but it was LITERALLY double the price so we just got a milk shake and drove back to Utah for dinner.

I will never eat at another Johnny Rockets. Service was horrible. After wait 30 mins for my food I didn't even get the burger I ordered and the manager didn't have the decency to come out and apologize .

The food is amazing and it's a great place for anyone looking for that authentic classic diner feel. Great food for good prices and the portions are perfect.

Great food, clean place to eat, but the reason I won't give this place 5 stars is, because the service is terrible sometimes. So you have to wait in line to get seated, while you stand in line the staff will pretend they don't see you! It's so annoying, even on slow days they make you stand there waiting. I like coming here when Anastasia is working. She makes my family and myself feel welcomed when we come here to eat. She is always attentive, friendly and fast. Overall, I do recommend this place to friends.

Although located inside the Fashion Show Mall, you can take a small trip in time. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly, Ghanen was our waitress. She came to our table constantly to check up on us, she was also very informative. I got the Cheddar Bacon and my wife had the Philly cheese Chicken, but they accommodated her by making it bunless. Both of our plates came with endless Fries or Salad, enjoy it!! I hope to see y'all there. Military Discount: Yes

Very good food but the service was terrible We waited for what seemed like forever to be seated Then waited and waited to be brought a menu Then waited again to place our order Then of course we waited for our food for a longer period of time Finally when we were done eating, after wait at least another 20 minutes I had to ask for our ticket to pay The service was awful but the food was very good We won't be back to this one but maybe we'll take a chance another in the future.

Really good burgers. I liked that they toasted the buns. Also got a orange crush float that was really yummy. The waitress was friendly and nice with all of our orders wanting things a little different. We also liked that she brought out our floats while we were waiting for our food instead of waiting till it was ready.

If I could take stars away from them i would... the cashier for one was rude and ordering people around in line... the line started to curve so we could stay out of people's way and she was yelling at us saying we needed to go back to the way it was. Well excuse me for trying to be polite and stay out of the way. A lot of other customers weren't too happy about her piss poor attitude. After we got to the front we were asking about military discount. She didnt understand, so my spouse showed his id and she gave us a look of disgust. Then she realized oh ok military. After we paid, we ended up waiting over 20 minutes. Then we finally received our food. Well my spouse bit into his burger and bright pink inside... I'm pregnant so I took a bite and bright pink... spit it out and my spouse went to complain. Once we complained the answer we got was well that is how we naturally make our burgers and if u dont want pink u have to ask for it well done..... HOW in the world is anybody supposed to know they are the only restaurant that does not cook their burgers all the way through!!! People are going to get sick eating raw burgers. This was the 1st and last time I am eating here. They corrected the burgers but it took them another 20 minutes to do so... once I finally was able to eat it without the risk of killing my child, the burger was not all that. I'd rather go to mcdonalds and spend 1.80 on a cheeseburger and be more satisfied with them. The whole meal was almost 20 for 2 burgers and some fries... absolute waste...
