I started playing at the Cal Neva 38 years ago and continued until the casino closed. Looking forward to it’s coming back. In the meantime, when I do go up, I got other Hyatt.

At 12 15 am for 4 adults we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated and no one was here on a Saturday night this place is a joke i will send a picture of the place being empty. I would give a negative starr if i could i am on crutches and didn't want to keep on walking to the next place to eat . No concern at all be the staff. Sorry no pic we got tired of waiting we left and went to Denny's screw this place i will never be back such a shame . I bet no one will notice this post

I loved this place! Except for the fact there were cameras in the other side of the room. Also while I was hear it burned down and Chris Hemsworth was there looking like a hill billy but a great experience! I loved the casino!

Loved this place!!! Beautiful Casino Hotel. Lovely rooms. Far better than those over priced motels all over California. Reno is a lovely City and this hotel is conveniently located to access the city. Downtown Reno is a little older. This hotel offers a newer modern feeling.

The cabins were small and dirty, we also found a dirty pad in the bathroom and the toilet did not work. The bedframe was broken and a rust metal piece was sticking out from under it. Also, when we tried to call the front desk the phone was not working. The cabins claimed to be smoke free and pet free but the bed and room still smelt like smoke to the point where I had to go outside every so often to get some fresh air because of nausea. And the bed was covered in pet hair and a pee stain on the carpet. Please save your money and just rent a better resort because this was the worst experience I have had in a very long time. Good luck in your search!
