Great environment and friendly service. I had their steak and it was amazing. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. It makes it nice when you can come in and relax and be well taken care of while you're trying to recoop fromy our hectic day. Thanks again and we'll be back. :)

Went to Il Fornaio for a business dinner. The appetizers were good, however I did not get try the entree because it took about 90 minutes for it to come out. We were having appetizers and bread for an hour and a half, by the time the entree made it to the table I was so full. What a waste.
The server apologized at the end for the delay explaining it was a busy night, however the restaurant was almost empty when we were seated.

This was hands down the best meal I've ever had. We had the three course meal for $39. Each course was outstanding. As good as it is be sure to save room as the main course is incredible and the dessert is to die for.
Best cheesecake and cappuccino I've ever had. This place has ruined both for me!!
The atmosphere is very family restaurant-like. There is a seating area with tables and benched as well as a bar to sit at.
The staff is super friendly. Not all speak English but are still understanding and helpful.

Feels a bit dated, but still does the trick
I love the New York New York property and have stayed there each visit for a few nights, mostly because I like it as home base, really enjoy the crepe shop, and have gotten good room offers. The rooms feel dated, although the bathroom was nicer than I remember from last time. But it was comfortable, the internet was solid, and it was a good place to rest up after a long day. The only negative this year was my room's view was 75% wall because of the location of the room and the window. So not much natural light, but very authentically New York :)
