We really enjoy the food at Gonzalez Y Gonzalez. We come to Vegas every year for a trade show and it is now becoming a tradition that we eat here after setup. I really enjoy the Chimmichongas.

Small portion for the price - $16.95 - for chimichanga. Half of you'll get from somewhere else . You expect better... when you pay more, but I guess it doesn't justify it :( By the way, our server was very good.

The overall experience was ok. We had the shareable appetizer between two people and were so full we didn't even order a meal. The portions were huge and the drinks good. Overall experience was alright service was nothing special.

So many choices of restaurants in New York New York hotel but what appealed to me about this restaurant was the décor. Part of the experience I pay for is the ambiance and this one delivered it for me. Cool murals and ceiling fixtures. Just looking at this and enjoying the oversized margaritas was a memorable experience despite the fact I was eating solo. They were generous with the taco appetizers. The margaritas were great value and very timely in delivery. I enjoyed the salad and although it was plain jane chicken Caesar, the corn bread was the reason I ordered it. The only thing that was strange was that I used a prepaid universal gift card and it looked like they charged me twice for the bill. They told me they couldn’t use the gift card so I paid with cash but then later, I noticed the bill amount come off my gift card when I checked the balance.

So this hotel needs way more credit for the delicious restaurants they have. I discovered this restaurant one day on my break. Absolutely fantastic Mexican food! It really hits the spot. The food is very fresh and the service was wonderful. I ordered the shrimp tacos. They had several different flavors and spices. The colors and presentation of the food is very vibrant as well. The prices are not bad at all for strip prices. My new favorite spot for Latin food.

Great food and friendly staff. The guacamole is made on the spot right in front of you. Their food portions are great and worth the price. They also have a really flavourful coffee.

As a Vegas local we don't go to the strip that often, but Gonzalez Y Gonzales changed all that. Normally eat at the bar so I can get Brittany's famous margaritas. Great friendly bartender and wonderful fresh food.

We come to Vegas a few times a year and we always see this place but always pass it by. As native New Mexicans, we are always cautious about any Hispanic food (nothing is as good as food from home!). We took a chance eating here during our last trip and could not have been more pleased! The food was delicious and tasted authentic. We devoured everything we ordered. I'm sure there isn't anything you can order here that isn't good. To top everything off, staff was beyond nice and the prices were very reasonable for Vegas.
