Well ventilated, awesome service excellence, was blessed in how they dealt with an important problem and when needing help. Large casino with plenty of game choices. 90-95% of food we had tried was very good and well portioned! Definitely a nice place to go stay and even staycation. Spa was outstanding and had access from open to close with spa services or spa day pass- as there were multiple rooms and and pool/hot tub room for co-ed as well as a nice area for both men and women to hace there own space and clothes not required in in those rooms. Most people wear them though. Very peaceful and relaxing where it should be and fun and enjoyable where it should also!! we had multiple services on different days and enjoyed each service and people were all great at having wonderful service attitude! Well except a bit a trouble when room service lady that took our order seemed she was either being told not to do what we were requesting which we were told we could do if we pay a little extra & wanted to serve their breakfast or just didn’t want to take the time to go get our food where we wanted and not where I requested despite agreeing to their fee. Which made no sense because the cafe we wanted was open 24/7 so just be aware best breakfast is service after 11 pm and not sure when it switches back to room service in morning but we were told they can go get what you want, we ended up getting the worse breakfast that morning when room service cooks themselves cuz that was no way it came from where we asked, it was nothing tasting or looking like it except our hash browns. . Later at nights it switches to other cafes I guess. Love that locals get discounts at most things and all restaurants and spas when you show players card. You also have opportunities to win bigger prizes for gambling. I was looking for how they covert comp points ect . Tuscany tower rooms are nice, comfy bed to me! They did seem to not have ability to get room as cool as you want in summer. Seemed like they capped air condition in rooms during day and until early hours of morning. But it was always super cool down in drinking and gambling areas 🤷‍♀️ They were pretty quick to bring any housekeeping needs as well as come clean our room when requested. Is of course a bit spendy if you’re more frugal or not into spending 66-about 100 each meal depending on what you get (with discount. But like I says the food mostly was pleasantly surprisingly good! Had a few things that wasn’t the best but definitely worth trying! Remember it’s based on your taste buds for somthings! Bimini steak house was our favorite and they do table side dishes and drinks! We haven’t been to a lot of casinos, but we definitely enjoyed our stay and the effort to ensure we were happy and served well! We will be back for a staycation in future!

Didn't have much time to spend at the Peppermill due to time constraints. What we saw was a beautiful casino with a fun atmosphere. Looking forward to a future vacation there.
