Nothing really special about Rio Hotel. Room is clean and spacious .Close to some tourist sites. Nice Cafe, and Sauna and Casino downstairs.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

I would describe my stay at the Rio Hotel as "meh". Nothing too good, nothing too bad. The room was very spacious but definitely shows its age. The reason for the 3 stars is the outrageous checkout experience I had. After I handed in the keys, I was told to wait while they inspected my room before they released the deposit. About 30 minutes later, someone came up to me to tell me that I'm good to go and that I should see the transaction getting cancelled within 4 weeks. I did not quite understand how this process made any sense but oh well, luckily I had time to kill.

Friendly, accepting and consistent casino. Good employees all around, safe environment, and hell, you may win, see you there..lol

Walked in, withdrew $100.00 and atm goes down so I walked further in and there was no one at the front podium to greet customers and check id's, had to walk around and find someone to talk about this issue and when I found a group of staff, I had to wait over 10 minutes to be seen by them even though they were free and just standing there looking lost at what to do next, then I got impatient and walked around the casino till I found someone competent, just to be told it was my problem not their's, staff was rude, incompetent, and overall a very bad experience, I do not recommend anyone going here
