VIP Offers and Events At Baha Mar Casino and Hotel
We did not enjoy our stay here. It may we'll have been our expectations, and the fact that we don't have kids, but it was not what we expected. Overall, the staff was nice and the prices at the restaurants were not bad. The rooms are a little strange, with a lighting scheme that took 10 minutes of flipping various switches in random patterns, just to turn off the hall lights. If you are looking for an upscale Atlantis like experience, this is the place for you. If you want a relaxed tropical experience, do not come here.
Beautiful Place....like any big resort you could be anywhere in the world, so no real feel for the Bahamas. They know how to charge !! O boy!!! They light a water feature on fire using something like propane, it is very much a center piece and very impressive..however! I guess it must be a cheap gas as it smokes quite a bit...lol...one look at the hotels walls around it and you will see rather unsightly black soot in the concrete...I guess the painting department has job security. Nonetheless, it's great to finally see it open and employing thousands, I am sure, local Bahamians. I won't be visiting it regularly as my bank account couldn't handle it.
This is probably the most beautiful hotel of the entire Bahamas Islands.
Luxury is everywhere! Rooms are amazing, modern with breathtaking views.
Spa and pool are are also just amazing. After these being said I also have to say that the service is horrible !
Everything related to customer service including all of their restaurants is poor. Employees just don’t care about your stay, everything takes forever. Also food and drinks are extremely overpriced. $10 for a fountain drink in pool, for example. It seems there are no managers or supervisors on duty!
Hotel is absolutely NOT kids friendly; besides the pool there are no other activities for kids.
Restaurants are very nice, but NO kids menu or gluten free options (my teenage son is allergic to gluten). He had a tough time finding meals
Pools are beautiful but not enough chairs! I was very surprised to find such bad service in this beautiful and expensive Hotel. I think it just needs time to improve, its very beautiful to have so many negative aspects.
