Reasonably good place with fantastic views of the pyramids.
Rooms are a little old and need to be updated, but nonetheless, they are very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast buffet is a treat, however, I would not recommend having other meals in the hotel, rather explore local joints which are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Because of the popularity of the hotel, it does get very crowded and there is always a slight chaos in the reception area. But rooms are secluded and peaceful.
A bit dated, but incredible service, and excellent customer care. Our air went out, but the hotel took great care of us and got us into another room right away. Breakfast buffet was very good for an Egyptian hotel. Additionally, the view of the pyramids from the room is unbeatable. While you're here, make sure to save time to enjoy the pool.
The rooms are truly outdated and not 5 star looking. Reception staff and other staffs have great customer service. Breakfast buffet was great. The pyramid view room are great for the view. The pool area is nice as well.
