No doubt this is one of the nicest restaurants anywhere in this area. Its beauty alone is breathtaking and the food is fantastic. They serve the same Menu for lunch and dinner so you have many choices for a big meal or a lite one or just appetizers. Prices are moderate and nothing is overpriced. The food is served with finesse and is prepared in a very upscale way. They know how to treat customers. Very kid friendly. You will leave here very satisfied.

Worth going just to see the landscaping! It is an absolutely gorgeous venue. Our group went only for happy hour this time. Our waiter, Jonathan, was friendly and attentive. After some refreshments, we stepped out onto the veranda to simply enjoy the view!

Server was a little slow in getting to our table. From then on, all went well. Taste and quality of food was good!

I was there for a happy hour going away gathering. The service was very good. The happy hour menu was good.

Noticed prices had gone up food quality way down appetizers not good. Beautiful setting just isn't there yet.

Perhaps Mother’s Day is not the best time to visit and have a meal. What a delight it was to be seated in a beautiful room, however the room was cold and we asked to have the air turned down. The gentleman who was our waitstaff appeared to have little to no interest in serving us. We had very long waits between ordering drinks and them being served. We tried to be patient as we waited for our meal, but the waiter and servers came in and banged tables together to set up for a group of 14. Our food slowly arrived and those served first waited a good 5 minutes before the other half of our group of 7 was served. The food was over cooked and cool to the touch. All of this poor service could be seen by the Hostess and assistants who actually asked as we walked out how our meal was...

What a disappointment Easter Brunch was. Really poor breakfast choices (bland scrambled eggs), not a bagel or piece of bread in site. And although the salmon and meat station were good, the peas & carrots side dish was close to frozen style. Macaroni and cheese a flop as well. There were however a flotilla of scones and desert cups. Had to hunt our waiter down to get juice (was never asked) and coffee refills were also a challenge. What happened SoDel?

I have not been here for a meal yet; but, did go to happy hour at the bar. Watched a lot of food being delivered from the kitchen and everything looked great! Some friends and i attended the Girl Scout Cookie Cup and were quite impressed. The building, the grounds and the ballroom upstairs are awesome. I am sure any event there would be impressive. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended ... open to the public!

Made reservations for a party of 10 people including one booster seat. We were given a nice semi-private room on the side. That was the last good thing to happen. The waiter started out taking our drink orders and delivering them one at a time. By the time he got around the table the older kids had finished their sodas and there was no water on the table. We then started ordering dinner and it went down hill from there. We started with the kids menu and it was a the normal burger or chicken fingers except for the 2 year old. She doesn't eat burgers or processed food, so the parents just wanted plain steamed shrimp or plain pasta. The waiter went to the kitchen and came back saying that 4 shrimp would be $16.00 and that the pasta would take 20 minutes to make????? No choice but get the shrimp and pay the ransom. The adult meals were fair at best and some were just bad. I asked for the beef to be done medium rare and it came out well done. When I went to send it back I was told that was the last one and no credit for it. Last time we went it was bad but we figured SoDel took over so lets try it. WRONG

On recommendations from friends, went there for my wife's birthday. We were seated in a small dinning room, because the main dinning room had an 'event'. We were seated , waiter took our order, some appetizers and meal. After we had ordered, two more parties were seated. A party of twelve and a party of four. Our appetizers came in due course, but our meal didn't. The waiter showed up an hour later with the dessert menu. We complained to the manager and while they were trying to sort out our orders, both other parties were served. The meal was average at best, and the service was the worst ever. We use to like Baywood, but never again. Huge disappointment. Worst two plus hours ever spent.
