Publix the Bakery..Today after 25 years with a Great Company ..AFCO ..My Beautiful Lady is retiring..hence I'm here buying a Delicious Raspberry Elegance Cake Always one of our families favorite "Dessert Cake"... Yummmm

Went into buy a little more fresh crab legs, They were fresh frozen however, Walmart premium crabs did not even come close to being premium. Walmart brand was way higher in price. 24.00 a pound verses 9.00 a pound, cheaper and taste better at Publix. Xheck out their seafood, you will not be disappointed. However the lady who waited on me seemed bothered, she must not had a good day. She could not even smile, even when I was nice and told her thank you.

Nice variety. Great staff, store always clean. Low on few items due to Thanksgiving rush, but one of my $3.49 apples was half rotten.

Great as always. Employees are always pleasant and helpful. I'm disabled and I love how they come out with me so I can take the cart to the car. They help put groceries in the car, then take the cart back in the store.

A Very Nice place to do your food shopping. This store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They always ask if they can help me to my car with my groceries. Personally, I always do it myself. The weekly sale signs can be misleading. Otherwise, I recommend the store for your food shopping needs. Thanks.

Wonderful, Reed was handing out samples and was so delightful, check out was officiant and so organized.

The store is brightly lit, well laid out, and carries a range of products. However, the company policy of discontuing a product that does not sell a certain number of units in a two week period means that many vegan and gluten free items often disappear. Pointing out the need to serve customers with special diets falls on deaf ears. The local manager says it is not a local decision but is made at a regional or corporate level.

I often come here for their fried chicken or various soups, which never disappoint. Their employees are almost always helpful and friendly too.

I like Publix for the variety, the friendly service, the quality and the fact you don't have to have a loyalty card to participate in their sales. There are some medicines that the pharmacy dispenses for free with a prescription, so it's always worth checking.

Publix lack coustmer service skills due to the fact they allow people to jump in front of the lines that they know and coustmers to get out rate and curse at children without asking them too leave the store

I went in the store earlier yesterday and was going to one person but she was focused on a letter or email she was typing. Then the young lady ask the older white man to help her bag he told her he wasn’t going to help because she wasn’t suppose to ring me up so she had to do it herself. When i started doing it he told me oh no he was just playing which i knew he wasn’t because he was walking off until he saw me do it.

I mostly go to the deli for food on my lunch break. I love the people that work here! So friendly and accommodating.

The deli lady gives good samples while you wait for your meat & cheese to be sliced. The store is very clean & bright. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Will stop and ask if they can help you even if it isn't their department. Love it

First, let me say that I love Publix and have shopped there in various cities for over 20 years. It is consistently clean and the employees are always extremely nice and helpful. That said, I grew increasingly dissatisfied with this particular Publix for a few reasons: 1) The pharmacy is way too small for the volume that they do there. The pharmacists and techs are very skilled and helpful but every time I go it is an ordeal to get through the long line no matter what time of day - morning, afternoon,evening and it's pretty much swamped. 2) The store itself is smaller than the one on Clemson Blvd, so their selection isn't as good. They rearranged the frozen foods within the last few months and lots of things have disappeared. 3) Speaking of selection, I inquired about ordering a product that was the non-diet version of a product they carried. I had to show the person who was in charge of ordering where the products were because she had never heard of them and didn't know what a Kosher section was. Then they called and said that they couldn't get the product (although I've seen it in Greenville in stores). I'm sticking with the chain but just switching to the other store.

Great store. Great products and very helpful friendly staff. Way way better than Walmart. In fact there is no comparison. Publix wins hands down.

I love Publix for it's products and clean store and will continue to shop there. However, the deli has been becoming increasingly frustrating over the last year. I love their subs at lunchtime. But, between standing in line and the less-than-helpful staff, I've stopped even trying to go there at lunch. They have an excellent product but really need to work on their customer service in the deli.
