Love the remodeling!! Got a soft spot in my heart for the boat, but progress is progress!! TapHouse buffalo wings were excellent!! Brisket baked potato is good!! Beer selection incredible with some beers as high as 12-13%!! Wow!! Cant wait for sports gambling.

Good food. Great games. Complimentary colas while playing. Really nice rooms at hotel. Friendly staff.

I can’t say enough how much I love attending this casino. I have been to many on the surrounding states and hands down this is the best ran, cleanest, and the most friendly staff. Depending on what time you go will determine the crowd sizes. If attending on the weekend early afternoon is a great time to attend.

Tropicana Evansville Casino and Hotel is a very nice place. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time they have great restaurants to eat at and the slots are always good to play we hit pretty good there and are thinking about going back for our anniversary again this year. Would recommend it to anyone!

Let me start by telling you...I really liked having a casino near me because playing the slots is what I enjoy for my entertainment.I have been going to this establishment since May 2010. I go every weekend and sometimes during the week. But I am very disappointed in the way this place shows their gratitude to customers that spend so much money here. I think they need to reevaluate the way they calculate points for your comps. Regular customers should be treated better. Mine have just been dropped so low that it gives me no motivation to want to spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn't appreciate my business. I am going to start going out of town where they treat me better! I am very close to a Black card holder..which I was for a long time! I thought things would be better after the new owners took over..but I was very wrong. I am very disappointed in this place!! Thank you Tropicana for treating your Great Customers so Crappie!! My rant is over!!

Great place, great atmosphere. Roulette tables stay pretty crowded though and alot of times they choose not to open any more, even when people have waited for hours... overall very happy with my experience there each time!

Not to bad overall for a casino. Poor service on the gambling floor and several drink machines had no ice. Pay out was very poor even in the high stakes room! Overall one of the worst experiences at a casino that i have had overall. Parking was very poor too. Had to walk a mile to get to service desk. Needs better parking and better directions to entrance. How this casino is voted best in Indiana is beyond me. Ive been to lesser casinos that offered a heck of a lot more free play and better offers upon visiting. Will not be back! Maybe they should reward their players a little more. Would rather gamble my money elsewhere!

I hung out where the live band was playing karaoke. Comfy seats and drinks were cheap, but good. Pleasant atmosphere.

Very good food can be had here. The place is a blast and full of excitement and all the slots a person could ever want. So if your looking to play some games come here throw some money in the machines and you could walk out a huge winner!

Only visited the gaming area where the servers were very friendly and attentive. The valet attendant upon arrival was very helpful and offered directions and answered all my questions. However when we left the casino the valet was nowhere to be found. After 5 minutes one showed up but had two cars to park before retrieving my car. After about a 10-minute wait another fellow showed up and helped us.

The only pet friendly and smoking hotel in the area unfortunately there really isnt any grass nearby for your dog to relieve himself. Room was clean and smelled nice. Really need a small table in room to eat at.

Had a wonderful time at the ITV Canine Carnival! Food was delicious and plentiful. It did take awhile for drink refills and even for everyone at our table to receive their initial drink order. That was the only negative to the evening.

Great stay, we were only there for 1 night but the lobby and room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfy and we had a perfect view of the river out our window. Free Parking garage attached to the hotel was nice. All staff was nice! Would love to stay again!

I'd just like to thank all the staff at the Tropicana where I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful room, great food and drinks and I even left with a small win in my pocket! Could not have asked for more!

Dirty and rigged. Been to a few casinos. Been to this one 4 times now and have never heard anyone win nor have I ever hit anything above 2 or 3 bucks. Machine quality is poor. I prefer the Indian Casinos down south.

Had a great time. Smoke smell wasn't as bad as some of the reviews say.. The only time I smelled it enough to bother me was when a guy sat near me at a slot machine. I can't wait to go back tho.

The people were nice and friendly. Beautiful on the outside. There was a $15 resort fee. There was no pool. The fitness room had mirrors and two treadmills. There was only one parking area for the Casino and Hotel.

It needs to be non smoking! The casino looks amazing, like it is in Vegas! I like the layout with the entertainment and deli areas at the front. It is bright and airy, very pleasing to the eye, but I could not enjoy being there because the casino allows smoking.

I was anxious to come play in the new casino, but it was terrible. You sent me money to play on but I lost it almost immediately. I then put $115 of my money in slots but never won enough money to continue to play on. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I may never come back. You did send us two free buffets and we ate at The Kitchen, delicious food. Our free overnight stay was really nice too, but it is not worth our time to drive there from LaGrange, KY. I am so depressed about this trip. In fact my husband may never bring me back unless you can make it worth while. To top all this, you charged me $17.25 resort charge when we checked out today. This charge is not acceptable to us. Hope you can all your ducks in a row and offer me something to make us want to come back. Let's see if you post this review.

I went there to try out my luck at the Casino, had a GREAT TIME! The Casino has a little Las Vegas feel to it and the staff was phenomenal. Sr. Casino Host, Dianna Hart gives the Casino & Hotel that personalized touch to make you want to come back! The professionalism she demonstrated showed that she really cares about the customers and that they feel "welcomed"! She was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the Casino. Her demeanor was certainly appreciated. Only had one bad experience with a pit boss, Mr. Hung- Honestly, he should not be on the floor serving clients. He was rude with an attitude and unprofessional when he was asked a question about card process. If it were not for Diana Hart, the rating would be a ONE star based on Mr. Hung’s attitude (lets back to positive). The hotel rooms are in fact, pretty nice, unique style and you can tell that go the extra step by making sure that there are enough electrical outlets to plug all of your phones, charges, laptops, etc! If you are in town, this is the place to visit! Yes, there is smoke and I'm a non-smoker but the fun at the Casino will override the smoke! I think you will have a BLAST! Thank you Tropicana!

I didn't think it smelled like smoke until you were by somebody smoking, so they must have a great ventilation system in place. We really enjoyed it, especially my adult daughter who is in an electric wheelchair. She was able to drive right under some slot machines and play.

Great parking easy access to Casino. Once your in let the fun begin. Great Slots, Black Jack, Craps, Roulette. Excellent live entertainment. 2 good venues to get a bite to eat. Very nice employees all wrapped up in a fantastically designed layout that leaves you in awe

This was my first time going to a casino, and had no idea what to expect. The first notable sight was the walkway to the front of the casino. Then we decided to browse around the casino trying a few slots here and there. We found out they had complementary soft drinks on the first floor which was nice. I ended up winning $50 on black jack. I wish the casino was non smoking, but other than that I had a great time and had fun with the people around me. I would definitely go back

Went there for new years eve. Worse casino ever. Dirty, small, high price minimums. After dumping my money in there for 3 hours they kicked my wife out cuz she couldn't walk in heels. When asked why by my friends they replied with we don't need to have a reason. Looking for a bad night try this place. No respect for people.

This place is fantastic if you: 1) Enjoy standing around for an hour waiting for a table spot to open up. 2) Would like to develop cancer while you play. There are very rarely enough tables open to conveniently accommodate the number of players, especially if you prefer to not sit between two smokestacks while you play. To make things even more infuriating, they refuse to let go of the 4-card poker table that hardly anybody ever plays (what happened to Let It Ride?). They do not have enough BJ tables available, but they always have a 4-card dealer standing there twiddling their thumbs. I don't know who is making the decisions at this place, but they need to find another line of work. It's too bad that there is not another option nearby, a little healthy competition might force them to get their act together. In any case, they won't be getting anymore of my money until they do.

Please do not patronize Tropicana Evansville. Go to French lick, or any other casino. My wife and I witnessed the worse case of racism by the bar tenders at Hoosiers lounge. Disgusting that in America you can be refused the right to drink a beer because you are from Brazil even though you have a valid id and passport. Worst case of racism I have ever witnessed by a so called bartender. The man from Brazil had a valid ID and passport but the bartender refused to accept that as proper ID. How can you refuse a valid form of government ID? He asked to speak to management but got ignored and then we asked to see management and were asked to leave because of it. If you know anyone from a different country they won't let you do anything here because the don't know how to read passports or other country ID's.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I drove 3 hours to get to the Casino. Old, dirty, smokey, smelly.....totally disappointed. The only floor with no smoke only had slots and the poker room. I stayed for about 10 minutes then got back in my car and drove the 3 hours back home. For that short of time, my clothes reeked of smoke all the way home. YUCK! Hey, if people want to smoke, good for them. I choose not to be around it. If you're looking for a non-smelly place, this is NOT it.
