Exceptional experience. This was my first time staying at Harrah's. It will not be my last. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good gaming and food too!

Dealers are serious as they should be servers are friendly and attractive . Slots are better then horseshoe. Food fantastic. The standard room double with 32" tv was clean but in need of remodeling. No microwave in the room but have one available in guest office area. Bed was a bit lumpy but all in all pleasant stay

My best friend and I had an amazing time. The buffet was delicious. The gambling floor is a bit small but we enjoyed our time and of course winning. Definitely worth the spontaneous 3hr drive.

Just want to thank the valet parking workers. When my papa joking asked them to clean the ice off one of my windows, they actually did it! They are always so friendly!

The convenience of the location right off the interstate justifies some of the things I didn't like, but Todd place is now about the casino than the hotel. The bathtub didn't drain. The decor was from somewhere in the 90's with gold everything. Fortunately, the bed and pillows we're pretty comfortable, but the sheets did feel pretty loose and hard to smooth out. The smell of the lobby and casino area was pretty typical of a casino, which I don't care for. But the room smell was fine.

Had a really good time, everyone made you feel welcome. House keeping was excellent, Tina, our shuttle driver was was very good & friendly. Kristen, our Harrah's Hostess was super as well & excellent at what she does!!! Our Horse Shoe visit was wonderful!!! Food in VIP Lounge & other Lounge was superb!!! Loved my stay!

I was here for a kidney transplant screening. Reserved the room good to go except on check in I wasn't told I had to swipe my bank card for a 50 dollar deposit. I only had 22 bucks in my account but offered to pay the deposit with cash and they couldn't accept cash.... really what casino don't take cash? Long story short I get to drive over 2hrs. Home just to turn around and leave at 4am for the second day in a row. I use to spend a lot of money at this place but I will never step foot on that property again

Wasn't that impressed. Was staying at a hotel nearby and wanted to get a bite to eat. Usually stay at Harrah's in Vegas with great pleasure. This property is not their fonest. The market buffet was closed and the "diner" didn't look very inviting. Came back in the morning and no buffet until 11:00am. Waited for them to open. Very disappointed. Didn't have any breakfast food except cinnamon rolls and a pastry (which wasn't very good.) Will go to the "other casino" next time because the buffet is better.

We came to see Dropkick Murphy's and flogging molly. Show was amazing. Drinks are way over priced. Signed up for a player's card and recieved a free buffet which was very good. Room and bathrooms were nice and clean but the air conditioner didn't work well. Overall a nice place to stay.

They have a nice parking garage so you can don't have to go out into the weather. They also have valet parking. They have eating establishments, I believe they still have a childcare area and they have slot machines and live tables. They do have an area where there is no smoking which is helpful. Just a nice place to go for a little while and have fun.

Staying in what they call a PREMIUM room. There's no microwave, there's a coffee pot (with some really nice mugs) with sugars and creamers, but no COFFEE. There is LITERALLY wallpaper peeling off the walls in our PREMIUM room. The boy at the front desk was flippant and clearly didn't care about our complaint. He was just rude. I'm going to give 1 star for the housekeeping team, they're doing they're job. The outside of the building is in disrepair, falling apart, with filthy Windows and doors, and trash all over the grounds. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR A PREMIUM ROOM! We also witnessed a valet driver, drive someone's car around the lot with a flat tire, then proceeded to tell the car owner that she found it with a flat tire. Not that she drove on it and ruined his rim too.

Awesome laid back experience, nice variety of slots. It’s a small casino but It’s a good size. Staff are friendly and the food options are great. Always getting good rates on rooms

Sunday's mother's day buffet: the prime rib carver made rude remarks to customers and had a bad attitude. This guy has no business being in front of the public. We pay too much to have to put up with snotty back talk when we ask for prime rib.

This place is a joke. My husband and I spent the weekend here and spent over 6500 dollars yet we were treated like scum. We had come up for the weekend because of not only mothers day, but it is our 2 year anniversary as well. After a weekend of blowing thousands of dollars on an ungrateful casino, we were trying to sleep off the alcohol before driving back home. We were harassed by security because we weren't "allowed" to sleep in our car there. Yet there are multiple other vehicles of people sleeping and they were not bothered. My husband, the only driver, and most intoxicated, was threatened and told we had to leave immediately. So now, we are driving aimlessly with my husband incredibly drunk because as paying customers we were not allowed to sleep in our car until we could safely drive back home in another state.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were a wonder and friendly as any hotel staff I've ever met. The casino felt a little dead? They needed to lighten it up and cheer the place up. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Would stay again. 4 and one quarter star.

We went to play some slots and get some dinner. Everyone was courteous as usual. We had the same waiter the last 3 times. He is always fast, accurate,and friendly. Makes eating at the diner such a pleasure.

Not a bad hotel and casino. Beautiful colors inside throw out the hall ways. The casino is nice however it is rather same compared to other casinos in the area. Decent lots to play.

Exceptional staff and fun environment for gaming on the Missouri River. The 360 restaurant offers a scenic view with fabulous food. Stir Cove has the best in up and coming entertainment as well as fan favorites preforming in their music venue.

Even though located in Iowa, it is a short drive to Omaha! The staff was friendly and the room was super comfortable and clean. Many restaurants to choose from within the hotel from casual to fancy. Unfortunately we did not have time to experience the casino like we planned but it looked so fun!
