After playing in the casino, we were hungry. We decided to go to the restaurant and eat. We had the chicken fried steaks. I was amazed when they arrived. Presentation was wonderful. The best part of the meal was our server. Alejandra was very personable. While talking with her I decided that I would go back because she made our experience so enjoyable.

Great casino/ hotel. We enjoy the spread out floor plan which makes the smoking less noticeable. Rooms always clean and occasionally get upgraded to a suite without asking. We win more here than any of the others in town.

Residents from our nursing home had a trip to Margaritaville, and they loved it. We ate at the World Tour Buffet, there was so much to choose from! It was a little high price-wise, but the service was excellent and you can get as much as you like. We also made a trip to the casino- all of the staff was polite and helpful, and our residents were thoughtfully offered non-alcoholic beverages. Overall it was a great trip, the residents had a blast, and I expect we'll be back in the springtime!

This was by far the nicest casino in the area. They are well kept and have a great selection of machines. New and clean environment. I'm allergic to cigarettes but they have great ventilation compared to the other casinos. I plan to visit again.

The have a lot of different types of slot machines. The waitresses are fast at getting drinks to you and they are not watered down. The slot hosts take care of you quickly. You don't have to wait for 30 minutes to get paid off. They have a great buffet, better than all the other casinos.

The casino is big and beautiful. Hotel also looks nice but did not stay here. The buffet is good but expensive. Now for the casino service which was very poor. Hard to find a server and when you do they take a very long time to come back. If you try to go to the bar and order they tell you it's a cash bar and want $7 for little margarita. I was not happy my last trip here and it will cost them future visits.

We went to the all you can eat dinner buffet. The food was good, but get there early on the weekends. There was a line for a good four hours to get in. Was surprised they had funnel cakes on the dessert line. Nice idea, but it was not the best. Definitely over ate so had to go to the casino to play and not nap. Some of the slot machines had problems reading the Rewards card. Would take several tries to get it to work. Others were having the same problem as well. Overall a fun night.

Where to start.... The room was great, the rate was great, the casino is nicely maintained.... Why the low rating? We arrived on a Wednesday night, I chose to stay here because I thought it would have a great pool. My husband and I were traveling with an 11 year old and a 6 year old. I was walking around the place at 7 pm with my daughter checking things out, and we found the pool. We walked by the pool attendant and was informed there pool closes at 6 pm to minors..... The only reason we stayed there was to enjoy time by the pool and let my husband do a bit of gambling. So disappointed to find out the hard way these ridiculous rules. I feel it would have been different if they had entertainment, or a party vibe. But for it to be a Wednesday night, they could have pushed the curfew back tremendously! My family and I enjoyed the Riverwalk and all of its amenities. But this was a bust for our family 🙄

I love Margaritaville! I like how it has a lot of different slot and table games. It is one the newest Casinos- the rooms are really nice. It is one of the only Casinos in Shreveport that as soon as you get a players card you will get 2 free rooms and 2 free lunch buffets as well as free play every 2/3 days. Along with that people with players cards you will receive all of that except for free rooms every month! I always stop by for the free buffets when I am near there. It's a fun environment I do not like how long it takes for the cock tail waitresses to come around. Many times we will have to go the bar and pay because they are slow even at the tables they pick certain tables that they will go to! They definitely need to work on that!

What can I say? Incredibly plush rooms, gorgeous views of the river, a fun and friendly casino floor and staff that bends over backwards to help. Off property shops and restaurants are right next door. Save a few bucks and self park. Convenient and easy to roll your suitcase a few hundred feet. All drinks are free while you game, that includes high end liquor! Reasonable minimums from 5 to 100 dollars for table games, oodles of entertaining slots from pennies to dollars at a spin. Go, you won't regret it!

The nicest one of them all!! Clean, waitresses every where. So many short skirts, lots of cleavage, and alcohol to go around. They allow smoking, which I think they all do but this one is well ventilated to where it's not the only thing you smell. The games are numerous and fun. I didn't win a lick of money but damn it, it was one hell of a time!!!

This place is rated the best and for good reason. It is a hidden hotel paradise in Louisiana. The accommodations are nice. The casino is clean and not to smokey. The entire staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. I wasn't a winner and still managed to have fun.

My family and I stopped here to rest on our way back home after our Destin vacation. We had a great and relaxing night. We did dinner and it was great. We ate at the seafood and steakhouse. Got a great night's rest, went swimming with the kids in the am, and had some more food. Overall great.

Visited while heading back to Texas. Wasn't even planning on staying but after visiting and going to the buffet and seeing all that was there, I stayed. Glad I did also. Good rates, good food at the buffet and had a good time gambling and being at the bar. Overall enjoyable experience and had a nice view from the room! Will definitely return when in town again.

This is the only reason why I'm giving it at three star review... I stayed there coming back from a long trip. The room is fine the gambling was great. But... I was basically charged 3 times for the room I stayed in. It came to the point that they have to bring out the manager and she try to tell me that I paid for two nights when I only pay for one and I only slept for 6 hours. At the end of it I only paid for my one night that I stayed. But the confusement got me so aggravated. I do understand that mistakes happen but the customer is always right. I wasn't trying to get it free room out of them or whatever they thought I was trying to do. They didn't even read over the paperwork from the reservation I made at 12 that night saying that I would be getting in late and that I would only need the room for one night. If they only would have taken care of that from the beginning and seen the information instead of assuming that I tried to get a free room. They would not be getting 3 stars right now... But like I said the room was fine. And the gambling was good. I just wish I had better customer service.

This place is extremely nice my husband and me have my sister keep the kids for the weekend. We come here and really enjoy ourselves the food is great. All the gaming on different levels and what they have to offer. If the center they have a bar with this impressive fountain. The rooms are spacious and great. Have been here several times. No let downs. You have to try it if you never been here. Lady luck was our side too.

We ate at Jimmy's steakhouse. The food was great. Steak seasoned well and cooked to temperature requested. It was my husband's birthday and the server brought us cheesecake on the house and it was also very good. Will continue to go back for special occasions

Great casino, and resort. Fantastic hotel, pretty good buffet, too. I see why they won so many awards. Really nice. Our room had a balcony, only a $50 upgrade. They only had a smoking room left, but it sure didn't smell like a smoking room. It smelled better than some other place's non smoking rooms.
