I actually really enjoyed my food here and was surprised that price wise they're comparable to say five guys. Food was fresh and service was quick. I'm not normally a fan of restaurants who are placed in areas like the casino because they are usually too expensive for the quality food you get but I wouldnt say that was the case here. We will definitely be back to try other items soon.

Had to buy everything separate.. no meal combos... Burgers were relatively small for $8. Tasted like an upscale cook out. Not bad for a cheap bite.. but nothing to really write home about.

The food here is tasty. Bobby's Burgers will have you coming back for more! If you're entertaining guests from out of town, be sure to treat them to burgers, fries, and shakes at Bobby's. The onion rings and the sweet potato fries are incredible. No boring burgers on this menu. Enjoy!

I took my son and Mom here on a Sunday night. It was perfect because we brought the lab top for my son and mom was able to play on the slots. The burgers were amazing. My son got the brunch burger and I got a burger that had hot peppers on it. (Forgot the name). They even had a bar which was awesome! Burgers hit the spot!! We want it again tonight.

The food is good... BUT... do NOT go here if you are even slightly overweight, or in my case, 8 months pregnant... there is NO WHERE to sit. The chairs are screwed into the ground! I can’t push them out to accommodate my extraordinarily large baby bump! I found myself standing to eat my entire meal. Why don’t the chairs push out? How can you put chairs in a restaurant that are screwed into the floor leaving less than a foot of room to accommodate??! I see a few other men here of large stature that look very uncomfortable, luckily for them they are not 8 months pregnant and can actually squeeze into a seat (since there is no other options) what the hell bobby? The food was great, but I’ll have to order to go and eat in my car... since I don’t fit!

This place has amazing food. On the tables you will find something called burger sauce I highly recommend it. It added a flavor to the beef that I never knew existed it was simply amazing. A lot of times when you go to a restaurant you expect at least one or two things to be bad but everything was amazing the burgers the fries the tea is all great

Bobby's Burger is a treat that never knew you were missing until you have had one. The menu is blown up and well displayed upon entering. The staff is very costumer oriented, and very helpful with suggestions if you have never been there before. The dining area is designed to encourage conversation. The burger sauce, delicious. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

Absolutely horrible food. I'm so disappointed. I'm a huge fan of Bobby Flay and his other restaurants and really expected more. Granted, this is a "chain" but I could get better quality food at any Wendy's. I ordered an open face Napa Valley burger topped with a fried egg along with a Cookies & Cream shake as well as an order of the Undecided (onion rings and sweet potato fries). The onion rings were the least offensive, as they were slightly crunchy but bland beyond belief. The sweet potato fries weren't seasoned at all and not one was crunchy, they came in a cold and soggy pile. The staff informed me that the meal had just been made fresh but I seriously doubt that because not only was my burger cold and rubbery, the egg was too! I wish it stopped there, but I got two soggy buns when I had ordered the burger on a bed of greens. As for the milkshake...it was thin and milky with perhaps a few crumbles of cookie. What good is a large when the shake has hardly any thickness to it? This is the last time I give this place a chance. I had a meal here last year as well and thought that perhaps it was just the staff on that night that was off, but it's safe to say that this location is just hopeless. What a waste of money.

Food is fantastic. Loved their Green Chile Cheeseburger. Has a great flavor profile. Also love the sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries. Only reason there isn't 5 stars because I would say 60% of the time I go there, the service is too slow- takes awhile to get the food.

First timer here. Had the Philly burger and sweet potato fries. The peppers were an added bonus to an already tasty burger. Will definitely go back. Only downfall is for 2 people it was $33

I took my son to try this place out. Took them 30 minutes for 2 burgers & fries. They said they were having issues with their ticketing machine but instead of walking around and asking customers their orders they just started making orders from people that arrived after us. They didn't apologise for anything. I ate my burger and it was worse than if I would have cooked it...but I took a bite if my son's burger and it was so horrible I told him not to eat it. We left and I bought him McDonald's. I wouldn't take my enemy here.

Oh Bobby Flay let me count the ways...lol Best Turkey burger I have ever had. The burger wasn't sloppy,perfectly cooked and the serving staff were amazing. My husband and I were so pleased by our experience. We will return since we are burger aficionados. Bobby Flay you Slay!!! Ok no more rhymes 😍

Customer service. Great. Food, not so much. I was surprised. I would compare it to taco bell at 2am. It hits the spot when u hungry. But not like taco bell with those prices and quality they damn near gave me my shake in a plastic cup with a straw and no lid. Fries over cooked. Onion rings tougher than nails. Burger buns wasn't even toasted to hold all the burger mess. I was very unimpressed for 45bucks for 2 people.

I always love eating at this place. Food is always perfect. Staff friendliness could improve. Love the decor and relax feel when eating here.

Use to be better something happen then wouldn't let me use my comps when on live site states they do...not impress and Bobby should be heated to have such a poor post

Great place for a burger! Sat at the bar and had couple drinks with the wife as the bar tender entertained us. Burgers turned out great.

Food is just ok. The wait staff isn't the friendliest maybe because there's not enough. They don't really know to much about the menu or drinks. It feels as tho they are doing you a favor when taking your order. I really wanted to have a nice experience but I will not go back there.

I went there this past weekend and Ordered the Palace Classic, then I realized that I wanted some fries so I had a second order "the undecided" Onion rings and Fries. Now my first order came out in about 10-15 min, However my order of fries and Onion rings took 40 minutes!!!! Apparently they missed it, the manager did came out and apologized and Comped my order. Once my I had all of my food, it was great =) The burger was cooked to perfection, and the sides were delicious. they have some sauces to add to the food, they taste OK I was expecting more from a sauce by Bobby Flay.. Overall experience I would give this place a 9/10!!!! I will definitely go back.

Not much to like! Sweet Potato fries the only exception, the only highlight for the four of us dining. Lots on the menu, but you need the burger itself to have some flavor really missed the mark. I guess they try to hide it with toppings. It did not work, really a disappointment,

Went with a party of 4 and we all took a few bites and passed so I got to try 4 different burgers and they were all great! The margaritas are totally worth it!

Food was great, service was horrible. I came in around 11:30pm yesterday (June 30th 2015) and dined in and it was cool. When I was leaving at 12midnight I decided to get a shake so I sat at the bar while waiting. The bar tender (African-American) pestered the ____ out of me while awaiting my shake. I felt like I was being questioned by the police. He quickly told me the bar is closed which gave me the feeling that he was rushing me out the restaurant. I affirmed I know and told him I was waiting on an order. Every 30 secs he kept coming to me asking question about my order. I understand that he was trying to close up but geez. Burgers were expensive too might as well walked across the room to The Cheesecake Factory.

We ordered our food and grabbed a seat. The burgers came out with onion rings and sweet potatoes fries. The burgers were rare and we ordered well done and the grilled onions were ice cold. Our server took the ticket and took our order back. After about 20 minutes our new burgers arrived, they were well done but with things on them that we didn't order like American cheese when we ordered provolone cheese but the kicker was the bug crawling around on the plate!! We definitely didn't order him! The burgers maybe good but we wouldn't know because the service killed our experience. The frozen Margarita was good and the onion rings and fries were good but service was horrible and it was slow, which made it worse. The Manger was nice and she apologize and gave us a refund but I doubt I will return I guess I'm BUGGED out!
