I had fun with my girl at the casino I did Not stay in a room because I had to work the Service they save it can be better for the drinks. The place is nice I live like 30min far But I like the view. Like I said I had fun and Won some $$$$$

Nice clean casino. Everyone who works there is very nice. I would like to see less slot machines that have little square boxes with cartoon figures. Would like to see more updated slots with 777's and updated slots with Triple and Double Diamonds. They have too many old slot machines. Need more updates machines of the older version. The last two times I was there it was really hard to find something I liked to play and didn't pay off well. But as the old saying goes, "it's a gamble", playing slots.

Great place to hang out and play. Also their food is pretty good. I recommend the buffet for anyone visiting here. Great prices don't go on the weekends their always packed with either people who are eating or playing games. All in all a great getaway place.

It was my 1st time playing in a casino and let me tell you that it was the best experience ever. The atmosphere is great and the employees very nice and friendly. I also watched other players play and I notice that people were having lots of fun and having a good time. I highly recommend this casino.

Went for dinner buffet and celebrated my eldest son's birthday. Delicious food with Lots of choices! All employees very friendly and helpful, especially our hostess Maria! The little ones had fun in the arcade and, my eldest came away as a slot machine winner. Would definitely go again!

Great casino, new slots, food and drinks worthy of eating and drinking. I would also like to add there is an exceptional executive casino host who will take the time to ensure your gambling experience is beyond exceptional, she truly enables your play and stay taylor made for you!!! I'm not a gambler but I do love the environment. It's a nice place but not Vegas! The rooms are nice and comfortable. I liked it and I would go again. To stay overnight though, I would have to get the free night coupon, the rooms are expensive considering the money you leave there!

Went on a motorcycle ride. Came back to take a shower then went down to Buffet at about 8:01. They wouldn't let me in. Said they close at 8pm. That seems early to me. Lots of people in there eating. Food was still out. Had to go to some Diner and had a Bacon Hot Dog. It had no flavor. Next morning I went and had Corned Beef Hash for breakfast. Tasted rubbery. A terrible Dining experience all the way around.

We're about 3hrs away and when we do decide to splurge a little at the casino, we come here. Great atmosphere, new slot machines every time we come and their club member giveaways and benefits are always good. We're always surprised that every time we come back there's E-cash that has been given into our account from our last visit. When we get hungry there's a number of restaurants to choose from. We always enjoy the buffet which has so many variety of foods. When we want to eat lite, we head towards the Asian noodle bar. Our go to meal is their Pho or sushi. Excellent establishment for us. We always leave there happy either with empty pockets, or a little extra from the winnings. Looking forward to our next visit.

Disappointed. Roughly 70% of the Slot machines are OLD and OUTDATED. Asked a few workers at the casinos what was going on. Some workers tended to agree and apologized. Casinos in CA work hard to gain visitors. Slots are a top money maker for their business and the experience should be fun, fresh and appealing to the senses. Also, a great number slot machines were 'Out of Order' ...and the volume was purposely set on low, so no one can hear a thing. Customer service on the floor needs to improve. Not the best experience.

The cigarette smoke was horrible! I wish they had a No-Smoking ventilation section. My clothes smelled of cigarettes when we left and we were only there 2 hours or so. But the staff were all super friendly, so was the other customers. The buffet was kind of gross, the food was cold and the desserts tasted like they had been in an old refrigerator! On the other hand the servers were great and really friendly always right there to clear the plates. And No I wouldn't go back to the buffet it cost $19.99 a person it's only $10.99 on Mondays, we went on a Tuesday. We did win over $200.00 for only $45.00 played on the penny slots. They do have a new gas/convenience store now and the gas prices were the best I've seen in a while $2.78 a gallon. For central Ca that's cheap!

Always clean and no foul smell. Food is good in all restaurants. Rooms are nice. Don’t like the fact that tribal has up front parking. Hard to win there. Few winners even when crowded. Drawings are big with few winners. Better to stop playing after you win any amount. If you’re still playing after 4 hours, most likely your losing. Been going there many years,hence, I’m comfortable with what I’m saying.

Went really to have prime rib and crab legs at the buffet...it was a really a good meal...and not bad for the price.. always enjoy going here... Usually win enough to keep me playing.. very clean the only thing that bothers me is the smoke.. I would recommend to everyone... It's a great place to have fun

First of all when I checked in mind you almost a 200 stay,the counter people do not great you as a valued guest , It must be management , next our room noise level was very loud next door you can hear through the walls kids running sceaming you can hear them talking like the walls were cheaply put together.I have visited since early 2006 and what appreciation not even one comp people spend money there and they forget that not a returnable place in mind, what no coffee maker, fridge too bad idea I will visit elswere

Chuckchansi Casino is great there is food wick is clearly called buffet and games only for adults a hotel upon there and we'll when I went I was next to like a window it was everything clear out there you look and there is like grass and alot of trees that is only in the buffet I am not really sure for different places because more things than just that I didn't go to the hotel but I am sure there is really good service up therr

We have stayed at the hotel several times in the past and always had a good experience. We went last weekend and our room was horrible. Besides not having a coffee maker or refrigerator there were chewed up sunflower seeds on the floor one of the chairs had burn holes in it the other one had rips in the "leather". When we looked at the bed there was no mattress cover and the sheets didn't even fit. My husband called the front desk and we were informed housekeeping was running behind that's why the bed was like that. He asked that someone come up and look at our room and they were too busy. We paid $200.for one night. They offered us 10% off. We went to dinner at the noodle bar and had to stand in line for an hour and a half. The food was ok the menu is limited and was much better before closing. We were with 6 other people and almost everyone had leftovers that they wanted to keep but couldn't because there was nowhere to keep it. We spent a lot of money for the weekend and were very unhappy with the way we were treated when we had a complaint. In the morning we wanted coffee and we opened the book on the desk to find out how much it was and our book was empty not a single piece of information however the inside was colored with crayons. We will not be going back for quite some time. We were very disappointed.

The machines were so tight and not paying very many jackpots and there is no refrigerators or coffee makers in the room since they re-opened. Also, I wrote a check at the main cashier and was not informed that there is a $12.00 fee to cash a check and so I told the cashier to cancel my transaction and was told she could not cancel it. I told her that was the whole purpose of writing a check so I wouldn't be charged a fee. I told her if that was the case I could of withdrew it from the atm machine for a $4.00 fee. She then told me that she figured I knew about the $12.00 fee. Lesson learned that I will never cash a check there anymore. She was rude assumed I knew. Poor customer service and she should inform people prior to cashing a check. I was disappointed with the Noodle House sushi menu being reduced to only five selections which are the basic sushi. Needs improvements and no plans on returning anytime soon. ?? We went to Table Mountain Casino and won a little and more variety of machines at TM. Although TM doesn't serve alcohol and allow 18 yr olds. Also, the cell phones don't work there unless you have ATT as a carrier.

Went to the big "Official Grand Opening". I had been to Chuchanci many times before during many years. I was very disappointed. The line for a players card was half way thru the casino and beyond extremely slow. A person could not even obtain a card early enough to participate in the big promotion. Forget about that machines were not paying much. That's just gambling. We had a reservation at the Noodle restaurant at 830 pm. They were not prepared to honor reservations, many people were upset, the hostess desk was in no way organized to accept people. We were finally seated after 9 pm to find the menu was reduced to 1 page serving only 3 different sushi rolls. We ordered appitizers, a ca roll, and fried rice. Took 30 min for appetizers to come and after 45 min we left as the fried rice never came and people who were seated after us had received all their food. The 5 Slices of duck appetizer was 5 pieces of bone and fat which I refused to pay for. I won't be coming back here for a very long time! I used to love coming here!
