Absolutely delicious food!! Unique variety and very flavorful! I had a little of everything and i highly recommend it! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable as well and the bartender was helpful and friendly. The tacos are the best I’ve ever tasted! Wish there was a China Poblano in my home state!!!

The food is really good but the staff is the best! We came in just for drinks and appetizers and sat at the bar. I ordered the thing that seemed most familiar on the menu. The bartender made some suggestions to encourage me to try something new. I ordered the bao bun sampler and their new chocolate cocktail. It was amazing! We told the manager how happy we were with the experience and she stood there talking with us for such a long time. I highly recommend checking China Poblano out.

My sister & I visited here after it was recommended. We loved this place & will definitely return whenever we go back to Vegas. The food was very unique & delicious & the presentation was just as lovely. The staff was great also! Wish you would open one in Austin, TX😉

The small portions let us decide exactly how full we wanted to be. Server and staff were polite, helpful, and not trying to push us out of there. The chicken tacos were amazing, Dim Sum was also a highlight. I could eat a whole meal of either. We tried the Mango sticky rice, as per our waiter's recommendation and were definitely not disappointed. The Margherita came with a salty foam that stuck around the whole time... Magic? Thanks for a great honeymoon!

Loved this restaurant! Compared to other restaurants in the area, it didn't feel expensive, and you can order small portions of different things so you can try the different flavors. Service was attentive and friendly, and I really enjoyed the food. At first glance, it seems funny to have Mexican and Chinese food together, but this place really makes it work, and I will be back for more! It's great for groups that can't decide which kind of food everyone wants... Give it a shot, and you won’t be disappointed.

This was one of my favorite dining experiences in Vegas. I wish I had more time to eat there again. The pork dumplings were a different style than I'd ever had before. I introduced several friends to them here, and they ended up ordering more. The tacos were out of this World. Some of the best tacos I've ever had. I will be back to devour your goodness.

If you are expecting authenticity on both ends, don't come here. The food is very plain and small portions. A little over priced for what you get. The service is pretty decent. Wait time for a table wasn't that long, and server was very attentive. If they work on the flavor of the food it might be worth it coming here.

I ended up on the Mexican side and had a very enjoyable experience. They have an expertise in making unique and tasty cocktails. Mine cocktail had a salt foam top. You can also order a cocktail flight. I ordered tacos which were unique from duck to beef tonque. The pork taco was particularly good. Staff were friendly and experienced.

Best customer service experience we have had in long time! We never thought we would like this place but the good was great. We had golden pig, chicken and fish tacos. All were flavorful and fresh.

I love this place. I would suggest sitting at the bar, the seats are a little tight. Great food. Great service. The best atmosphere. Check it out. You can either sit at the Mexican side or the Chinese side.

This used to be a good place to eat and hang out. I never though the service was the best but the last time I came in it was just terrible. I felt rushed. The server forgot to ring in some of our items. When we reminded him he told us we were wrong even though I had a interaction with him about which taco I should order. When he realized he was wrong, he put in the order but the wrong amounts so I ended up having to pay for items I didn't even want. We told him there was someone in our party who couldn't have spicy and he didn't heed that at all and she ended up with a dish with peppers on it. Also, the food just isn't as good as I remember it to be. I've been here quite a few times and slowly but surely I've noticed the lack of care that's been happening. Maybe it'll get better but most likely it won't.

The best tacos I've ever eaten!!! And the pozole is so delicious! Highly recommend stopping by China poblano when you are in Vegas. The Cosmopolitan hotel has other great restaurants too and is a great hotel to stay at. Don't miss this restaurant! A delicious fusion of Chinese and Mexican cuisines. The service is lacking but the food makes up for it in my opinion.

Good food and some decent drinks. The service wasn't stellar, but not necessarily bad either. I'd say it's a good place with food you'll like, but not really something to run out of your way for.

I've visited many times, and each time there is something new that impresses me. This time it was the chef's tasting menu. Providing a wonderful balance of both "sides" of the menu, it had us trying amazing things we normally wouldn't have, and it was well worth it. Also, that salt foam topped margarita was insane!

Another great restaurant to try when you are in Las Vegas. Located around the corner from Holstein's, this is a good spot to get excellent dumplings. They make them all kinds of ways too! Steamed or fried, they stuff them with pork, seafood, beef, and veggies. Very delicious. Go during "Happy Hour", sit at the bar, have a drink and order a dumpling to start your evening. You won't be disappointed.

I won't name names but aside from the amazing food our waitor was Amazing. If you mustache him a question he will navigate you to exactly what you are wanting. Amazing dim sum, great noodles and the peppermint tea was so refreshing. I 100% recommend. Thanks K.

Being a huge fan of the DC restaurants run by Jose Andres, I could not have a trip to Vegas be complete without trying one of his restaurants. I was intrigued by the concept of a combined Mexican and Chinese style restaurant. In the style of his other restaurants, food was served tapas style, allowing me to try a variety of Chinese style dishes that I would not typically eat. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes tasty. I also ordered the drink experience and enjoyed the 4 alcoholic drinks the server brought to the table.

Nice atmosphere and service (most likely if you're served or on the tables outside the restaurant) but the food was lackluster and overpriced for what you pay. $10 for a really tiny taco! That's horrible in my opinion.

The food was quite lovely. I liked the XO vegetables. Service sped was slow. I was sitting at the bar. There were less than ten patrons in the rearm turning at the time.

The drink were fun and whimsical. The food was inventive and delicious. But the service, that's where they earned their stars for me.

Some really tasty food at China Poblano. Lots of small tapas-style plates, a fusion of Mexican and Chinese. Some great tacos...the pork belly was great, but the lobster was slightly lacking in the flavor department. The lamb potstickers were amazing, and the pork buns are always a favorite. Try the "salt air" margarita...it was a very unique twist on an old fave.
