Being a huge fan of the DC restaurants run by Jose Andres, I could not have a trip to Vegas be complete without trying one of his restaurants. I was intrigued by the concept of a combined Mexican and Chinese style restaurant. In the style of his other restaurants, food was served tapas style, allowing me to try a variety of Chinese style dishes that I would not typically eat. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes tasty. I also ordered the drink experience and enjoyed the 4 alcoholic drinks the server brought to the table.
