Absolutely amazing. This ribeye was delicious with truffle mac and cheese. Atmosphere was cool with a DJ on Friday night.

The fourth star is for the service only. The food itself is only a three. I ordered a 16 ounce ribeye that was cooked to my specifications but lacked a lot of flavor. The price that was paid was not reflective of the quality of the meat. Atmosphere was cool with a DJ spinning great music!

Super trendy hip joint with good enough food. Service was surprisingly good too. Good looking people all around. Fun for groups trying to have fun

Did not live up to the hype at all. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and it was very undercooked. Had to sit there for 10 minutes watching my husband eat while waiting for the waitress to return so I could send it back. My Cesar salad was plain and nothing great, just lettuce and they gave me only one crouton. Lobster Mac & cheese was ok. I’ve had much better at Capital Grille. Music was so loud you can’t even have a conversation. Very underwhelmed.

Good atmosphere and music but we came for the steak. It was overpriced and tough in places, the tables were overcrowded and the service wasn't great (although they had to fight the crowds too).

Had a great time here. The DJ played some great tunes, the steaks were incredible and service as outstanding.

Fantastic. The service was great and food was amazing. Was a bit surprised when the restaurant turned into a loud nightclub around 7:30-8.

BEST Overall Experience at any Steakhouse I've dined. From the Manager Emil to the Bar Staff Robert. Steak was perfectly prepared and creamed spinach was flavorful. Our epic experience was finished with an Awesome Sweet potato Glazed donut , Gifted to 7s for our Anniversary. Outstanding Experience.

Good food at very high prices, your in Vegas so hit the tables first and hope you hit it big so that dinner bill doesn't sting as much, we had first hand service and a great time

This is my favorite steakhouse in Vegas. Even though it is quite pricey, the food and service are spot on. Not only is it a great place to bring a significant other, but it’s perfect for entertaining large groups or clients. Try the beef tartare. It’s unbeatable. Out of the 12+ times I’ve been here, I’ve only ever had one steak that was cooked wrong.

Amazing food and great service. The atmosphere is trendy. Not ideal for kids. Order as many sides as you can. The cream corn is amazing. Price for 2 with drinks and tip was over $500 so don’t plan on spending under $250. Great times and will definitely visit again.

I can assure you that the other couple negative reviews you read were simply catching the wait staff on a bad night, and that happens in big business from time to time. My wife and I were a part of a large party who dined on 10/18. Our service was nothing shy of superb. We were offered drinks within minutes, and served a short moment to follow. And before any drinks expired, the staff was already back asking if we needed another! Our dinner was prepared perfectly, as ordered, and was high quality. Several smiling faces from the wait staff made it all the more pleasurable. To say the experience was outstanding would be a sincere understatement. Kudos to the manager(s) that have made this a place that we will most definitely frequent each time we return to Las Vegas, and we will recommend it to our friends as well!

Man, I LOVE this place! If you've got a few extra bucks - and I do mean EXTRA - and you're a meat-lover, you absolutely have to try STK. Inside of the Cosmopolitan, it's located on the restaurant level in an area away from all of the commotion of the casino. Everything that I've ever had here tastes amazing; you'll fall in love with food if you're not already a foodie. Even though you can show up in jeans and a t-shirt, to enjoy the full experience, you'll want to dress up a bit. The professionalism of the service is excellent - you're never left needing anything. From time to time, there's a bit of a wait (if you don't already have a reservation) so just outside there's a pool table you can hang out at and a few trendy lounge chairs to chill in. This is one of our favorite steak houses on the strip and we will definitely go back soon!

A group of 8 went here on 2/7/16 after the super bowl. The food was absolutely fantastic but our waiter and service was by far the worst I or anybody I was with had ever dealt with in our life. Our waiter was Mike. Dark hair and of Asian descent. He hardly explained the menu to us, said at first that we could not split the checks then changed his mind about splitting checks but could only do it at the end and completely messed everything up. After our meal, he told us he needed "15 minutes" to do so and then proceeded to go take another table of 8 order before returning our check to us approximately 25-30 minutes later than when we first asked for our check. We asked to speak to the manager and the manager went to go speak to Mike and he proceeded to tell his manager that he had it under control, which was clearly not the case. ( the manager relayed this message to us) Once our checks were ready (or so we thought) he literally came to the table with the pile of receipts threw it in the center and walked away without saying a word to any of us. He made no effort to explain or hand out individual checks to the guests in the group and didn't even make sure they were split up correctly with the correct drinks, appetizers, or dinners. The group of 8 of us agreed that we were never treated so poorly by and waiter in a restaurant as we were that night. Mike was an absolule HORRIBLE server. He lacked professionalism in every aspect and was not accommodating in any respect. I hope he doesn't treat all of his tables with the horrible service that he displayed to us. Mike should be let go from STK immediately as I would be embarrassed to know as a owner/manager of a family run business that I employed somebody so rude to guests at my restaurant. It's a shame because the food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing but we were all EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED.

Honestly would give it 1 star if they didn't have '11 Jordan Cab by the glass. Steak lacked true flavor, sides were just ok. For that price point everything should be outstanding. Had a better steak at the Outback on the strip the next night!

Our server had a summarized the menu perfectly and ultimatley opted for the following cuts: - porter - ribeye And man was it succelent.. Probably best steak i have ever indulged in. Caveat here is the price.. Table of 7 and bill ranus 820 us... So be prepared to spend if you go la familia style..
